sudden sharp pain near your belly on your 20th week of
pregnancy is called Braxton
– Hicks contractions. This
contractions prepares the womb to accommodate the
baby inside you and lasts for
15 to 20 seconds only. Try
changing position everytime you are starting to have
cramps.

Spotting is a small amount of blood
that is discharge through vagina.

called Edema. Avoid standing on your
feet to long, keep your feel elevated
