Rubbing the palate, upper and lower gums from outside and
inside and undersurface of tongue was a revelation!
It benefited me in Salivation, Cleansing of mouth, Taste
sensation, Bad mouth odor,Sinusitis, Preventing mouth
ulcers,Preventing infections in mouth,
Reducing the sensitivity of teeth,
Preventing infections of face such as boils,
Initiating defecation reflex etc by
Neural stimulation and circulatory improvement
AndFeel fresh probably by
