A Phobia is a extreme or strong fear or dislike; an irrational and excessive fear of an object or situation

There are different types of Phobias.The 3 are: social phobia, agoraphobia, specific phobias.

The most common phobias are like claustrophobic, or being afraid to speak in public(social anxiety disorder), clowns(coulrophobia), heights (acrophobia) and much more.

Some Treatments Available would be:

Most commonly is Medication, even

though it is not an exact cure, can help

relieve the social anxiety of the phobia.

Behavioral Therapy has shown to help

improve the anxiety in patients, including

agorophobia

Some symptoms include having :

Terror: A continuing and irresistible fright of the

object or condition

Physical Symptoms: Dizziness, shakiness, shivers

Obsessive Thoughts: Difficulty thinking about

anything other than fear

Desire to Flee: An powerful nature to leave the

situations

Anticipatory Anxiety: Insistent distressing about

approaching events that includes the phobic thing

or circumstance
