WarrantyOPTEC USA products are warranted for free repair or replacement due to manufacturer’s defects within 90 days of the date fitted.

Return PolicyWe understand that sometimes a product does not fit the needs of our customers for one reason or another and needs to be returned. Simply contact the Customer Service Department for a return authorization number, and provide the reason for return, OPTEC USA invoice number and date. Unused products that are in new condition may be returned for credit, minus a 15% restock-ing fee. Used, custom made, made to order or outdated products are not eligible for credit. Products returned due to an OPTEC USA error are eligible for free replacement with free shipping.

Payment TermsThe OPTEC USA credit application is used to establish credit limit and payment terms. After receiving the completed application, we will contact you with your credit limit and payment terms (standard terms are NET 30 days).

General Billing Code InformationPricing, Data Analysis and Coding (PDAC) reviews specific products and determines the Medicare HCPCS code to use to bill the Durable Medical Equipment Medicare Administrative Contractors (DME MACs). Products not labeled “Approved” may have suggested billing codes while awaiting PDAC review and determination or they have not been reviewed at this time. The Stealth™ One step-down design provides precise support throughout patient rehabilitation, while provid-ing maximum comfort and increased patient compliance. A patented, patient friendly, easy-pull mechanical locking technology allows patients to adjust compression and control motion while standing, sitting, ambulating, etc. The posterior panel is available in our dual migrating posterior panel design, which creates a natural support system for the spine, or single posterior panel. The Expander™ Traction LSO features a unique air pocket expansion system that provides effective lower back pain treatment by reducing pressure within the vertebrae. The Expander™ LSO with removable plastic panels provides immedi-ate pain relief and back support while restricting and controling unwanted motion. When inflated, the Expander™ provides traction between the inferior of the rib cage and thesuperior part of the trochanter, creating weight-bearing forces away from the lower back and reducing pressure in the lumbar spine. The plastic panels on the Expander can be removed to adapt to all facets of patient rehabilitation. The Expander™ is lightweight and can be discreetly worn under normal clothing.

The Gladiator® braces were built to offer durable, dependable support to patients of every activity level. By offering varying heights and designs, the Gladiator® series ensures your patients will receive the optimal brace for protection and support of ligament injuries and instabilities. Breathable liners laminated with silicone eliminate migration and ensure proper leg positioning for optimal functionality, support and comfort.The Gladiator® OA MAX is ideal for unloading of the medial or lateral compartment for patients suffering from osteoarthritis. In addition to the flexion-extension control offered with all of our Gladiator orthoses, the Gladiator® OA MAX allows you to control abduction and adduction with a single Allen wrench. The Gladiator® ACL MAX provides stabilization for patients diagnosed with moderate to severe ACL ligament issues. The Gladiator® ACL Lite and ACL PRO offer reliable support for moderate to high activity level patients. The Gladiator® ROMPS brings relief to patients with minor ligament issues, patella tracking issues and other patella related diagnoses with horse-shoe padding to keep the patella in place.

TLC™ HIP ABDUCTION BRACELOWER EXTREMITY

The TLC Hip Abduction brace offers the comfortable, easy-to-use support your patients need in an innovative design that saves you money. Every piece is both unisex and universal, including the TLC hip joint with infinite abduction, adduction, flexion and extension settings, which means you will need less inventory on hand in your facility. Further, the TLC requires only one Allen wrench to adjust everything on the orthosis. The lightweight pads are breathable to reduce heat buildup as well as washable. The TLC's quick release buckle closure system allows patients to get the same fit every time. In addition to the prefabricated stock sizes, OPTEC USA can also fabricate the TLC custom-to-measurement.
