Mr. Health

Six Pack Abs V

Was Santa Claus An Alcoholic?

Page 2: How Come Your Six Pack Abs Diet And Workout Plan Are Failing

Santa had a beer belly, so

does that make him an

alcoholic? Maybe and maybe

not, let’s check it out and see.

I have no idea what your mom

and dad, or you, put in his

eggnog. I wouldn’t say Santa

Claus is as close to being an

alcoholic personally, or it could

explain why Patrick got cooler

toys than me when I was 15.

The stereotypical male is one

who is balding and more

typically one with a noticeable

beer belly. We know why the

balding occurred, thanks

genetics, but what about the

beer belly? How you got a

beer belly has very to no

influence, generally

speaking, by the notorious

genetic attacker.

Let’s take an interesting

look at it, along with some

other good food for

thought!

Want the good news about

beer bellies? The average

beer has about 150 calories

not counting (actually this

could be WAY more

damning!) the 64 calorie

ones. Here’s the bad

news, seeing it’s only 150

calories, you may find it

much easier to overdo your

intake. When you pair that

with pizza and those buffalo

popcorn chicken bites? As

Scooby Doo would say, ruh

roh! That is a leading factor

but not the only reason.

I run an opinion blog

also, so let’s hit beer

belly with the typical “but

it’s not fair’ approach

toward why girls don’t

have beer bellies as

often. Don’t worry, I’m not

going to tell you the hot

redhead you’re trying to

win over while amazed at

how she can drink is

going to be a Mrs.

Clause look-alike by any

means.

But, her “girls” aren’t the only

thing that will grow with

beer, I mean age, well

actually a mixture of the 2.

Bad news? In a

sense, women store fat post-

puberty differently than

guys, that’s why the under

arm fat results in the term

“granny fat” and why the

thunder thighs and butt with

the backup signals. The

reason for this is they store

fat subcutaneously (under

the skin) while guys hide it

viscerally.

So what can we do and why does beer seem to

accentuate the process of tubbiness? Blame your

liver for that one! When you drink beer or any

liquor type, your liver wants that alcohol out of your

system ASAP, it’s something your liver see’s as no

bueno (in case your drinking a corona).

So what are you supposed to do? Obviously rev

your metabolism up before hand, maybe after if

you’re lucky enough. Another idea is to not drink

them (the brews) slowly and space them out, a

benefit to that is you show control, enjoy your

brew, and don’t say something dumb while you’re

brewed out.

While we’re on the topic, why don’t you consider eating

some hot pepper while you’re sipping? It’s normally a

mix made in heaven and it’s great for your six pack abs

diet as well! Hot pepper have thermogenic effects

meaning those calories from the beer could be getting

beat up while you’re sipping!

Get ready to say bye-bye to the beer belly and

remember this article the next time she needs

a reason to enjoy one more with you. As for

Santa Clause being an alcoholic, this video

makes me really wonder.
