Case report

A healthy 47-year old man presented with chief complaint of // I with chief complaint of // I cannot eat on right side // he presented with good oral hygiene ,no history of p.d.non smoker .

General

The patient was in a good health condition

Social history: married .Social history: married .

Position : Manager

No contra indication for local analgesia and implant placement .

Cooperative and understanding the surgical procedure .

Intra-oral view

was optimal. space The interarch

Study cast showing missing mandibular right molars. the patient can be examined for a limited time .this is one of the elements to the treatment plan.

Pre-operative panoramic x-ray

This helps to select the implant size and help to see hidden elements (in this case a bone augmentation been done a year ago) a mini-screw was seen. and impacted wisdom tooth

Treatment plan

1- A surgical stent was done to replace 6&7 lower.

2 gm of amoxicillin was given one hour before .hour before .

2-Insertion of two implants to replace missing 6 and 7

3-Closing with sutures and recall the patient after 3 months for second stage.

The Surgery

The first implant was inserted on 6 .the second on 7.
