Plans for 94 affordable &
377 open market homes,
21,000sqft of commercial/retail space,
a cafe, family pub and community centre, adjacent to a 40 berth marina
Phase 1 commenced Summer 2014 committing to 246 completed homes
by 2017
Homes will be built to Level 4 of the
Code for Sustainable Homes, designed to
substantially lower carbon emissions from
energy use in the home

Over 100 permanent jobs created for
