Empowering each and every member by class room practical training in his/her area of interest, geographic specialization, in addition to general Corporate Laws with the help of Industry experts, regulators, IIM’s etc. to enable them to reach at Strategic decision making level.

Redefining students training to make it more meaningful & empowering each and every student by arranging high class practical training and skill development. Launching of special drive for registration of Corporate houses for imparting training to CS students.

The Vision

Creating visibility of CS Profession across the Industry, Banks, regulators etc. with help of expert professionals by applying tactics such as subtle marketing, lobbying etc. & organizing exclusive meets/programs for CMD’s, Directors, CEO’s of Business houses to sensitize them regarding the capabilities/roles of CS Professionals & simultaneous EMPOWERMENT of members by Capacity building, to live up to the Industry expectations and take part in strategic decision making.



4. Communication & Innovation

The Vision

To create a state of art Processing Centre, which will process different requests of members as well as that of students on real time basis and in a time bound manner & to create a paperless work culture.

To establish a 24x7 Communication Centre to provide hassle free info to members and students.

To provide email id’s to all members with common domain @icsi.edu.

To create network of world class digital libraries.



Other Planned Improvements

Standard Operating Procedures to improve the functioning of the Institute, Regional Councils & Chapters and providing a unique experience to service users. Development of Members & students Charters.

Establishing Standard Operating Procedures

Redefining role of Chapters from mere facilitation centre to Centre of Excellence & Research Centre. Developing a more meaningful relationship among different chapters of the Institute so as to have coordinated efforts to improve the visibility of the Institute.



Other Planned Improvements

A world class State-of-the-Art Infrastructure that will enable the Institute to truly represent itself as a global Institute, to host global level events. It will also serve as Institute’s brand.
