Affordable Homes Programme 2011-15
We’ve invested £500K community-led AHP funding in 20 homes
Working with resident-led Witton Lodge Community Association (WLCA), Birmingham City Council and
Lovell Partnerships
Birmingham’s first community-led housing and the final phase of redevelopment in Perry Common
2 new apprenticeships created: a bricklayer and carpenter, who started in April 2014.

I have lived here for over 30 years and it’s really good to meet new people who are moving into the area and who are really excited about living here, which hasn’t always been the case.
