Conclusions 1. Byrocratic obstacles at local level due to election and often

change of administration. People need improvements in EE and RES and it should not depends from political parties.

2. Financial obstacles due to low level of financial facilities for people to develop new RES and EE.

3. People should increase their own aware about energy efficiency and RES, because story about that is story about health and about money.

4. People need to set up new connections and cooperation in all Europe and to make pressure to decision makers, byrocrats and possible investors. People need to invest in their own future!!!
