Modular Waste Water Solutions

Two Configuration Options:

(Water Treatment Systems for Biodegradable/Domestic Waste Water)

1) Modular Container System with capacity to treat 25000 GPD (100,000 liters/d) of biodegradable/domestic waste water

2) Modular Container System with capacity to treat 50000 GPD (200,000 liters/d) of biodegradable/domestic waste water

** Larger systems can be custom designed for higher flow rates/load capacities. ** Modular systems can be connected together for higher flow rates.

Modular Waste Water Solutions Specifications for Configuration System Option (1)

(100,000 LPD) 25000 GPD @ 24 hours per day operation

* System can treat 25,000 GPD (100,000 liters per day) of domestic/biodegradable waste water

- Typical raw water characteristics: 350 mg/l BOD, 300 mg/l TSS, 400-600 mg/l COD - Typical treated water characteristics: 20-30 mg/l BOD/TSS on average, <100 mg/l COD

on average, inlet/outlet pH 6-8

* System is constructed in a 20 foot container. This system is modular, portable, and environmentally friendly. It is easy to increase production with more systems connected together.

* The effluent will be discharged safely without contamination to the population and can be used for agriculture or irrigation.

- Advanced MBBR technology in 1st Chamber

- >800 m2/m3 effective surface area

- Non clogging medium

- Utilizes low energy coarse bubble diffuser system

- High level of BOD/TSS reduction with reduced Hydraulic Retention time (HRT)

Vacuum Microbubble Technology

- Specialized Micro bubble Technology in 2nd chamber

- Creates bubbles of .25mm in diameter through partial vacuum that have larger surface to volume ratio

- Bubbles distributed by diffusion into chamber.

- Micro bubbles are negatively buoyant remaining in the water for several minutes

- Superior oxygen transfer potential for enhanced biological organic oxidation
