Mr. Azhary : He thinks that we need to learn self-criticism. Yes Islam opened the door for rights of women ; but this door was soon closed again. We don't know through the history of Islamic civilization the number of women scholars , this has nothing to do with Islam it self , but with cultures and people.

Mrs. Rasha : She thinks that Islam gave women their full rights and at the same time it attended to their nature , freedom is not to be every where she wants to be, but to be where GOD has chosen her to be.
