Once, there was a girl called Dorothy who lived in Kansas. Once, a whirlwind picked up her house and carried it to a strange country.

She arrived in the land of Oz. The house landed on the Wicked Witch of the East. The Good Witch of the South gave Dorothy a pair of magic slippers.

Dorothy went to find the Wizard of Oz to ask for help to go home. On her way she met a scarecrow, a lion and a tin man.

They all arrived at the Wizard of Oz. The lion wanted courage. The scarecrow wanted brains. The tin man wanted a heart.

The Wizard asked them to kill the`1 Wicked Witch of the West.

The witch caught them but Dorothy threw a bucket of water on her and killed her!!

The Wizard then helped them. Dorothy then cried at her slippers.

‘’Take me back to Kansas!’’ She soon found herself in her garden in Kansas.
