Marketing
For my businesses, I would put out flyers and send out emails to people I know play video games. Also, I would send out flyers to schools because this is where the majority of gamers are. Once, we earned enough money we might make a commercial.
Start Up
The start-up cost would be about $36,000 with renting out the building and purchasing all of the equipment.
I would save up a lot of money before I opened my business and I would host a lot of tournament to get our name out there.
Goals
Competitors
My competition would be companies like GameStop and EB Games. Also, some not so well known video game centers would be my competitors.
My services and products would be different because I would host a lot of tournaments and I would advertise so that people would come into my business.
