inspire and generate ideas, connection and meaning.
First of the chosen 3…
• Develop a great website that highlights all areas of stakeholders talent- producing, engineering, mixing, mastering, studio design, consulting, etc.
This is the first of the three highlighted choices—because a a good website is simply an essential tool in todays world--- especially if you’re a freelance musician/audio engineer. This will help to enable potential clients to locate, learn more about and connect with the stakeholder, possibly leading toward hiring him and utilizing his services. It will grant him a global presence, serve as a launching pad for sharing ideas through blogs and as a communication device for surveys and other threads that may help to generate ideas, energy and work/play.
#2:
• Have a regular weekly hang out date with friends/people in the biz
This is the second highlighted choice because it connects the stakeholder to people on a regular basis, helping to ensure he doesn’t feel isolated. It would give him the chance to “talk shop”, stay engaged in an exchange of ideas and energy, develop relationships that could lead toward collaboration, have a group of peers that he trusts, respects and appreciates. It also has the potential to be fun, bringing about a spirit of play and delight, creating fertile ground for inspiration and ideas to seed.
And last but not least…#3:
• Develop an idea for a music related product that has the potential to make lots of money so stakeholder is no longer dependent on music business income.
This is the third highlighted choice because it expands beyond the limitations of the usual worker models—opening up a vast creative field with no sense of employee limitations. Allowing for an independent foundation from which to continue to spring other creative ideas forth that both serve and generate, allowing for an energetic and financial flow to be tapped and obtained.
