Problem Statement“How do we make students GET experience and DEVELOP Skills, Feeling Prodcutive and Useful, Previous to Real Work Time”

Challenge: Redesign the School to Work Transition

Ideas Selection

i. Most Practical: (24), (26) Invite graduated students and/or parents periodically to share their job experience possitive and negative things, like a round table, in which all students can ask questions and learn experiences. This idea could be complemented if the mmeting site is the working place of the speaker guest.

ii. Most Disruptive: (13), (14) Develop a Program or Initiative that includes Practical School Professor and a group of Students tackling a real problem in community or in the Industry, with clear objetives an on the job trainning.

iii. My Favorite Idea: (7) Design a Contest and Awars for Best Summer Job Experience.(look for best practices and make heroes and legends)
