I really enjoy doing many activities en my daily life like sports or share a good time with friends, but the activity I enjoy the most is my favorite sport:

SOCCER

I play soccer since I was a kid and I have never stopped practicing it. During all my life I participated in many championships for my school and my community or played with friends just for fun as a forward or a wing player.

Among my greatest achievements I obtained the medal for being the top scorer in the Lima school championship called ADECORE in 2002 and the trophy of most valued player in the Community championship in 2003.

It is my most important source of inspiration enlightening my way of living.

Soccer makes me feel happy because it makes me do my best in every single game and gives me the opportunity to make sports and be fit and healthy.

This sport contributes to my personal development because it helps me to encourage many aspects in my life and to be eager to win.

So each time I have a challenge or a problem I try to think positive, go forward and try to get the solution just as I look to score in a soccer game.

Also it contributes to my professional development because I think that teamwork is an excellent way to achieve goals in my place work. As in soccer, every player in their position has responsibilities whether to defend or attack and all the team must do their best in order to score and obtain a victory.

But the most important is that being part of a team has helped me improve my leadership qualities. Since I am the captain of the team in the Retail Channel in my work place, I take the lead to make sure everyone is well disposed, focused on his/her work, and ready to do their best.

Other benefits of this sport is that through it you gain strength and discipline..

Also is a good way to know more people and make friends which is important to expand your knowledge and network and as a way to learn how to take advantage of diversity.

In conclusion for me soccer is the best way to increase my acumen as a leader and as a team member in my society and at work and also to obtain personal satisfaction and happiness.
