Puff- The puff is advertised on the magazine usually consisting on something free for their audience.

Pug- The pug consists of advertisement of products

Buzz words- Buzzwords consists of words that sound interesting enough for the audience to want to buy the magazine such as free and limited time.

Thumbnail images- Thumbnail images are used in selected places of the magazine to hold the audiences attention building up anticipation.

Header footer bar- The header footer bar has a catchy slogan that would attract the audience into reading the magazine.

Bar code- The bar code will usually have the month it was issue and the scanning price
