Eccles has a population of wide diversity of culture and background, we would like to celebrate and affirm this rich variety of peoples who live and

work in our town.

We are inviting all of the people of Eccles to join us for a ‘get together’ to take place on Sunday afternoon 18th May in Eccles Parish Church, as part of 'Celebrate

Sunday'.

The Anglican Churches in the Eccles Team - Eccles Parish Church, St Andrews Eccles, Christ Church Patricroft St James Hope & St Paul's Monton, as well as St Michaels Peel Green and St Mary

Magdalene Winton.

The Roman Catholic Churches of St Mary's Eccles, Holy Cross Patricroft, St Matthew Winton and St Peter & St Paul Pendleton.

The Free Churches of Monton Methodist, Patricroft Methodist, Patricroft URC, Eccles Congregational and The Salvation Army.

Plus The Religious Society Of Friends (Quakers) and Monton Unitarian.

Irlam Male Voice Choir was formed in April 1946 and we are very proud that we are still a flourishing and active group within the local community with members coming from all backgrounds, ages, occupations and levels of singing experience.

Monton Voices Community Choir was established in May 2000 and is a group of likeminded people from all walks of life who enjoy singing and creating, what we hope is, a joyful harmony for others to enjoy.
