INSULATION
Thermal conductivity of straw is 3 times better than gas beton, 4 times better than wood, 7 times better than bricks.
SOUND INSULATION
Our panels of walls, overlap and roof are 450 mm of thickness. The coefficient of soundproofing is 10 times higher than traditional buildings (0,93/1).
HIGH FIRE SAFETY Natural bio-insulated material is compressed up to 140 kg/m3 : little amount of air inside each panel. Added to clay plastering it can resist to an open fire (900-1000°C) for more than 1 hour.
NATURAL & ECOLOGICAL material, bio-insulated and bio-ventilated. No chemical product. Low level of grey energy.
SIMPLICITY AND SPEED OF ASSEMBLY Installation of panels is made by 2 or 4 people without machines.
STRENGTH OF CONSTRUCTION Permissible load on overlap panels is 205 kg/m². Bearing load on wall panels is 27,5 T.
MINIMAL OPERATING COSTS Heating energy consumption in our buildings is less than 15 kW/m2 per year. Natural ventilation (0 cost).
LONG LIFE
Our buildings will stay more than 100 years, like identical buildings around the world that have already been standing for centuries.
