• High chrome ceramic blowbar

Certain amount of high alumina ceramic particles are embedded at two impact faces of blowbar by special-developed method. Fine ceramic particles are evenly distributed in certain area where facing the harshest wear and impact. High chrome base material in the part provides good wear and impact resistance. Additionally, the ceramic largely enforces the blowbar against wear. By combining the two kinds of advanced materials, the blow bar obtains a longer life which is 2 to 4 times that of standard high chrome blowbar.
