Dewatering process

1. The filter pads are placed and proper sealing ensured

2. The top cover is unrolled over the filter pads

3. The top cover is connected to the suction hose of the vacuum pump and water is removed

On further curing the vacuum concrete achieves compressive strength far more than ordinary concrete.
