The machines will be delivered by bulk ship is autoclaved
kettle, cutting frame, crane and silo. Please note the customer can
make the silo by themselves and also this process is for your
reference, and the exact list will accord to your exact factory
area, if possible, please supply us your drawing, and our engineer
will make the drawing for you. For the delivery, when we confirm
the list, we can calculate the number of containers.Note
1. Since the contract is valid, the seller should supply basic
drawing, installing drawing, and the flowing technical drawing.
2. The seller should send workers to install and adjust the
machines, and our workers are also responsible for the training of
the buyer's workers, The buyer should be responsible for each of
our technicians accommodation, meals, round-trip tickets,
self-security and 45USD per day abroad.
3. Guarantee termsAll the machines excluding spare parts are
guaranteed one year. Spare parts can be replaced on favorably for
the buyer.
4. Payment : 10% T/T down-payment, and then 40% TT to our
account before delivery the autoclaved kettle, and 50%TT to our
account before delivery the rest machines.
5. Delivery Terms: 60 days after receipt of earnest money.
6. Valid time of quotation: 60 days.
