VACUUM PRESSESVacuum Presses are basically machines which use vacuum and heat to pre-form (pre-preg carbon or dry carbon prior to RTM or RI) or fully form composite components, using a re-usable rubber or silicone membrane.
Solutions of any size and complexity are designed and manufactured for applications where additional pre-forming into thicker ply stacks or RTM or autoclave curing are the subsequent stages in the production process.
Control system: Aeroform France has developed a control system ‘‘Light’’ or upgraded to a ‘‘Premium’’ version (AFACS ™ : Aeroform France Autoclave Control System) for autoclave in the aeronautic industry, with NADCAP compliance.

Calibration/thermal survey: Our qualifi ed engineer carry out calibration and thermal survey to control your equipment. A report Is then sent in compliance with French national standards.

OVENSWhere autoclave curing is not required, Aeroform France has perfected its precision temperature oven technology in conjunction with the control systems developed for the autoclaves, providing electrics ovens with good performance to any size.
Oven can then be supplied with standard controllers or with our full sophisticated control system

AUTOCLAVESSInce 2001, Aeroform France has developed a good background in the design, manufacture and turnkey Installations of dried Air/ Nitrogen autoclave for the composite industry.
Aeroform France manufacture autoclaves with operational temperature in excess of 450°C and pressures of 40 bar, with no limit in term of diameter and length.
We developed also a new range of autoclave called ‘‘LAB’’ dedicated for the university, research center or production of small composite parts. LAB115: INSIDE DIAMETER 1000MMX1500MM, LAB120: INSIDE DIAMETER 1000MMX2000MM
ECOBONDER EC16V2Ecobonder EC16V2 is light and economical equipment for the repair by bonding of composite structures, using either heater mat, hot gun or infrared lamp.
This single zone system is extremely easy to use, thanks to its 3.2’’ touch screen, no need of training .
Dot matrix printer offers Time, date, full cure description and Setpoint, actual temperatures and vacuum are printed at selected intervals.
INFRARED LAMP IRPE3.3The use of Infrared lamp is essential for the composites repair of irregular shapes. Aeroform France propose different models of infrared lamp, from a baby lamp controlled with our bonders to independent infrared system as IRPE3.3V2 and V3 up to 6 thermocouples.
The IRPE3.3V2 is the most advanced system with a touch screen and a Dot matrix printer offering Time, date, full cure description… and without fl ash effects during the cure.
HEATER MAT (Blanket) Standard & StretchableOur heater mats are designed for the repair of composites structures and to apply uniform heat under vacuum. Our heater blankets made in silicone are very fl exible and match on all surfaces.
The stretchable blanket is used for 3D repairs. They are supplied with sockets for an immediate use with all our bonders.
HOT BONDER AHB380DV3 (Dual Zone)Our hot bonder is a sophisticated dual zones unit for composite and metal bond repairs, by heating and curing prepregs, resins or adhesives.
A very friendly interface (Easy ModeTM) allows to run two independent cures, one on each zone, using either heater mat, hot gun or infrared lamp. This new generation of hot bonder with unlimited programs inform you by SMS about the cure status. All cure parameters can be changed during the cure without to stop the cure.
Complied with in the SRM and CMM of major aircraft manufacturers and required by largest airlines, this unit is used to repair high performances or complex aircraft structures, ideal also for R&D projects.
HOT BONDER AHB SZ16 V2 (Single Zone) Our new bonder SZ16 is part of our composite repair system’s family AHB, specially designed for the aerospace specifi cations and qualifi ed by major aircraft manufacturers (SRM, CMM) and largest airlines.
Tiny, light and very easy to use with its touch screen, the SZ16 can control a heater blanket, infrared lamps from 3 to 6 Thermocouples.
