• Grains-Wheat, Rice, Corn• Dairy-Products from milk.• Meat and Beans – Filled with

protein.• Fats and Oils – Oils are fats that are

liquid at room temperature.• Fruit and vegetables

• Look at the pictures.•Describe the types of

food in each picture.•Why do you think the

countries eat like that?

Step Two• List the foods you eat in an average week in

the table.• Compare what you eat to the pictures.

Compared to Egypt I eat less fruits and vegetables but more meat.

I eat more bread than Ecuador but less than Italy.
