My MCBS Storyboard

Before I started the MCBS Program, I had been an

enthusiastic musician and gamer for most of my life.

I had always thought I wanted to play music for a living, but after a few years as a gigging musician and Guitar Center employee, I got

married and decided to try something different: I joined the Army.

But then after serving a few years in the military working law enforcement, I realized I would

never be happy in my career until I was doing something I was truly

passionate about.

Because of that I decided to use my Post-9/11 GI Bill to attend college for something I enjoyed.

Because of that I got in touch with Full Sail, whom I had dealt with on numerous occasions when working at

Guitar Center in Winter Park, and was always pleased by what they offered students in terms of accessibility of technology used within each respective

program.

Because of that I enrolled with Full Sail and studied as a Music Production major for nearly a

year.

Until finally I decided to broaden the scope of what I could do in the

entertainment industry and start my own business, so I changed my major to

Media Communications.

And ever since I decided to pursue my passion for media, I

feel that I am on the right track to taking on the goals I have set forward for myself, and achieving the success that I strive for in

my life.
