Goal: Participants will be able to create a web-based activity using concepts
of critical thinking to accomplish one well-written instructional objective.

Goal: Students will discuss weird food experiences and describe a weird food from another country using a 3-5 minute voice thread presentation.1. Students talk briefly about their favorite food. Teacher asks students what the weirdest food they have tried is and which the weirdest food in Colombia is.2. Students go over article on web page. They discuss what the weirdest kind of food is and select one to find out more about it.3. Students would triangulate information in three different sources and learn some more about their choice, then record themselves (3-5 minutes) talking about the food they chose.Source 2
Goal: Describe an animal and its habitat getting information from a web site. Pre: Students would discuss what their favorite animals are. While: Students would visit the page and select an animal of their interest. They would read the information about the specie and make a summary of the most important facts including the range in which they are found. Post: Students would create a brochure in which they talk about the animal they selected.

of your class.3. Prepare a 5-minute description of the activity and show the
