What happens after you “submit”?
• All admitted applicants will have an interview
• Open interview policy means you schedule the interview when it is convenient for you
• Each application is read twice by two independent readers– Reader #1 evaluates the written application only
– Interviewer conducts “blind” interview
– Reader #2 evaluates the entire package and makes recommendation
– Admissions Committee (AdComm) reviews all applications by round
– Fellowship Committee reviews all admitted applicants each round

• A team of Admissions Directors, faculty, and other staff who manage nearly 2,000 applications each academic year
• We are:– Fluent in Spanish and German (with a little French)
– Formerly a Brand Manager and Marketing Director, attorney, advertising executive, management consultants, ex-Telecomm CEO, financial services analysts and executives, specialists in leadership development
