Using the quick selection tool I have selected the lions jaw , which I then copied and pasted to another palate

Here I have pasted the jaw into the apple palate

I have then flipped the image around by holding ALT – T , this shortcut on keyboard

I have now used the Eraser tool to get rid of any extra unwanted image on the lion jaw .

Here I have liquefied the apple to bend it in shape the jaw

I then used the Blur tool to blend the jaw into the apple

Finished!
