Training courses include theoretical training, illustrations, simulations, online tests, etc. Practical training is provided on the latest welding machines. Welding Simulator is highlight of the institute, it provide value addition to training. Flexible timings for courses facilitate the working students. Experienced trainers is another highlight of Weldtech. It has a team of experienced trainers, who share their experience with students through modern educational tools like eLearning, Welding simulator, etc. Guest lectures by industry veterans provide industry perspective to the courses. Skills & Career Services : To generate “Employable Workforce” and “Develop specialized skills of existing work-force”

A Study report by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) reveals startling figure of 500 Million skilled workforce, required by 2022. Highest skill gap in high growth sectors like Auto, BFSI, Construction, Education & unorganized sector. “Skill & Careers” will not only take care of skill development, it will focus on more critical aspect of “Skill & career monitoring”. It will sign MoUs with the willing students to partner with them on their journey to the bright career. The said MoU will be of a 5 years duration. “Skills & Careers” will take care of “skill development & enhancement” aspect free of cost and the cost will be recovered from the prospective employers.

Wide these MoUs “Skill & Careers” will manage their career by way of monitoring their skills , in respect to industry demand. It will upgrade skills as may be required, it will also impart regular trainings for personality development. This will enable the students to occupy higher positions in the industry.
