TEAM BUILDINGTeam Building: The process of gathering the right people

and getting them to work together for the benefit of a project.

Effective teams are “result-oriented” and are committed to project objectives, goals and strategies.

How can we work together effectively?

How can we better use our resources?

How can we communicate effectively?

What is impeding our performance?

The Danger to “Team Work” Whose job is it?

There were four people named EVERYBODY, SOMEBODY, ANYBODY and NOBODY

There was an important task to be done and EVERYBODY was asked to do it

EVERYBODY was sure SOMEBODY would do it ANYBODY could have done it but NOBODY did it SOMEBODY got angry about that because it was

EVERYBODY’s job but NOBODY realized that EVERYBODY thought ANYBODY could do it

It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done it.
