Conclusion• Lone Wolf Terrorists (LWT’s) may still exhibit pack behavior• “Hunting” can occur as a pack; pursuit of individual targets may follow• Alpha males may sacrifice ‘omega’ males to throw agencies off track• Afilliative agendas may result in pursuit of similar tactical objectives by LWT’s• ‘Old/young/weak’ policies will be run down and hunted first• All agencies need to share information in a timely manner• Background checks need to updated• The use of outside consultants needs to be scrutinized• Tactical objectives need to ‘mirror’ resources • SWOT analysis of tactical objectives needs to be ‘green lighted’ by field operatives• ‘Wolf traps’ (WT) need to be set on tactical paths• WT need to be standardized before they are set in place• What will be done once a LWT is caught…set a clear legal pathway
