IntroductionCommunity-based services and education is way uplifting and building an entire community. Continuing to provide services such as financial support or transportation for special populations like the disabled, veterans and older adults are extremely important because some individuals must depend on their surrounding area for help. Seeing as community resources are a key factor in these people lives we look ahead and watch out for how these resources may change.

Key ChangesPopulation Growth- Growing population of elderly (60 and up club) will require more funding and services to be available.Variations of Programs- Programs will broaden the services they cover such as offering more quality art programs relating to culture and visual arts not just providing health services. Evolution of technology- With technology constantly changing and being apart of our daily lives using it as a resource and a way to provide efficient support to the population will be needed.

FundingWhere does the funding come from?- Funding for community-based education comes from the government and donors seeing as majority of these agencies or organizations are non-profit organizations. They survive and will continue to survive off the support of the government and private donations to keep afloat.Scarce funding- Finding funding for these community-based services is quite difficult seeing as the government keeps taking financial cuts on these forms of budgets.

Funding cont.Government & 6%- The government releases an annual budget on the education sector and how they will spend the money and what they will spend the money on. The government should be placing 6% of that budget on adult education.Politicians- Organizations have been starting to look towards and will continue to be looking towards politicians for help with funding these services if the government continues to cut their funding.

Diversity & LawDiversity- The United States is what you could call a melting pot. The country is so diverse in race and culture and will continue to grow that way. The programs and services provided and how effective they are will depend on the diversity of the people receiving them. Law- Laws that are made to regulate these organizations and how they are ran or how they spend the money given to them or the services they can provide by the government will continue needing to be updated and adapting towards the country.
