Staff were really fantastic and helpful. They were very patient and willing to support me even through the silly little things that I am supposed to know. It was a good and very supportive session.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but everyone was so reassuring, and no question was "silly". It was great that there was a mix of others studying different things.
The sessions were informal, well structured, and I now feel so much better equipped to start, thank you !
The trainers were fantastic. Informative and accommodating. Made to feel welcome and at ease … Extremely helpful for me as I have not attended university before. The workshops helped to up-skill me and prepare for the MSC, relieving some of my anxiety. Gratitude. Keep up the good work!
Staff are very friendly and approachable. They make me feel very optimistic about starting my course at LSBU.
