What Do Customers Say?

11

Zaina Orbai,HR Manager,

Yelp

Continuous feedback is really useful. Need to figure out a way to capture people thoughts and

be able to provide ratings…

But… Performance review is considered a legal

document. If they are fired, they can sue the company. In that case, Performance review

needs to be provided for the court. So all comments for performance

review needs to be screened if it’s a free flowing text

What Do Partners Say?

12

Krista Mayor,Principal,

Mercer Consulting

You should look at small and medium businesses (up to 3000

employees) for your tool.

But…Many companies do not use tools

because of budget.

EPM software is not mission critical.

It’s not like payroll. Companies consider it nice to have.

Why should we drastically change our process to accommodate a new tool ?

Concerns about employees providing negative feedback

Not very convinced that a scoring system would be useful in a corporate setting

Employees and Managers find continuous feedback to be time consuming

…But, Customers Have Concerns…

…implement it in a classroom….

…interesting, it shows who is not working….

…yes, but you need more datato back it up… …don’t want to get

beaten up any more….

…we have worked for nothing again….

…some team mates are not working at all…

Great tool, I could use it to understand how

my students collaborate.

Great stuff.. This tool looks interesting and

I'd love to use it... Do you mind helping me get set it up in my

class?

We are fed up with students telling us they lead teams and bring

the most contribution!
