Continuous feedback is really useful. Need to figure out a way to capture people thoughts and
be able to provide ratings…
But… Performance review is considered a legal
document. If they are fired, they can sue the company. In that case, Performance review
needs to be provided for the court. So all comments for performance
review needs to be screened if it’s a free flowing text
