Thinkpad was first introduced by IBM company in

1992, still now it has 23 years history. It is a

‘symbol’ of Lenovo Company. (Lenovo, Our History).

How Lenovo works

OFor a computer company, the sole of Lenovo is innovation. Innovation is their weapon to keep costumer’s loyalty.

OTo motivating their employees, Lenovo published a plenty of benefits to reward workers. Such as vacation reward, as well as heath care support (Yan, 2010).

Financial position ODue to these kinds of products,

Barriers and Recommendation

OHigh competition. For example, Apple, Samsung, Sony, and other same type of computer companies.

OTo attract consumers , the only method is to improve its quality and create more digital laptops or tables. Markets need ‘fresh and fashion commodities’.
