Comparative and Superlative Adjective
Comparative adjectives : Describe the difference between 2 things.
1. Adjective with one syllable, use adjective + er + than
Layla is taller than Norah
2. Adjectives that end in one vowel and one consonant, double the consonant, as in big bigger
3. Adjective with 2 or more syllables, use more + adjective + than
This book is more traditional than the other one.
4. Two syllable adjective that end in –le, add –r (simple , simpler)
5. Two syllable adjective that end in –y , chanfe the 0y to I and add –er (pretty, prettier)

Superlative adjective: describes three or more things

Unit Assignment (Personal Letters)
Personal letter is a thoughtful way of communicating with family and friends.
They are usually informal but use a standard format. These are the main sections:
1- Heading (at the top of the page) it includes your address and the date

2- Greeting : the name of the person you are writing to, ends with a comma
