Internet Explorer and Firefox are the best browsers to subscribe for

RSS feeds. Google Chrome does not support RSS feeds properly.

How to subscribe for the RSS feed

The RSS feed on the RCE portal allows you to read instantaneous news and events posted on the portal.

RSS behaves differently in different browsers.

RSS Feed – Latest News and Events

1. Open Internet Explorer2. Go to the RCE Portal 3. Click on the “Latest News and Events” feeds icon

RSS – Internet Explorer4. Click on ‘Subscribe to this feed’.5. Name your feed and select the folder to create the feed in6. Click Subscribe

How can I view my feeds?7. To view your feeds, click the Favorites tab, and then click

on feeds.

Select the best option in the dropdown menu (if you use outlook, this is usually the easiest way)

1. You will receive the feed in your Outlook mailbox2. A separate personal folder will be created, which will fetch all

the latest feeds 3. Click on a particular feed to access the relevant news website

RSS – Firefox – Choose Application and My Yahoo!

1. “Choose Application” will browse the available application in your system2. “My Yahoo!” will ask to sign-in to your Yahoo account and sync the feed

into a folder in your personal Yahoo account.

1. Open Google Chrome2. Download and install an RSS Subscription Extension (by

Google) from here3. Install RSS reader ‘Feedly’, click on ‘Add to chrome’

1. Click on ‘Manage’ option from the drop-down menu2. Click on ‘add’ and fill the description in as ‘Feedly’.3. Write in the URL field: http://cloud.feedly.com/#subscription/feed/%s

and ‘save’

1. Go to the RCE Portal and click on the RSS Latest News and Event icon

2. Select the ‘Feedly’ option and click on ‘subscribe now’

1. Add this to your feedly by clicking ‘+feedly’.2. Login with existing fb or Google account.

1. Add the title for your feeds2. Create a category for this feed, (only necessary if you are

receiving feeds from different websites.3. Click on update

Whenever you want to see your feeds click on Feedly mini. Login if necessary.
