TASKINGDPCR

•Act as Over-all Supervisor for the activity;

•Provide ten (10) personnel to join the activity; and

•Perform other tasks as directed.

DL

•Provide logistical requirements for the activity;

•Provide ten (10) personnel to join in the activity; and

•Perform other tasks as directed.

DC

•Provide funding requirements for the activity;

•Provide ten (10) personnel to join in the activity; and

•Perform other tasks as directed.

PCRG• OPR of the activity;

•Provide tarpaulin for the purpose;

•Prepare a breakfast for 300 pax for the activity to be charge against ARF;

•Provide twenty (20) pieces shovels for the activity;

•Coordinate with LSS for the availability of transportation;

•Provide twenty (20) personnel to join the activity;

•Invite representative from PENRO, Rizal for the signing of individual tree planting

score cards;

•Provide 5,000 seedlings for the activity;

•Submit after Activity report to C, PNP thru TCDS; and

•Perform other tasks as directed.

LSS•Provide one (1)CDM bus, two (2) Coasters and three (3) 6x6 trucks with POL

allocation to transport personnel, seedlings and other equipment to the venue and

back to Camp Crame, Quezon City;

•Provide ten (10) personnel to join the activity; and

• Perform other tasks as directed

PIO• Provide photo and video coverage;

• Provide media mileage for the activity; and

• Perform other tasks as directed.

HS• Provide one (1) ambulance and a medical team for the activity;

• Provide ten (10) personnel to join in the activity; and

• Perform other task as directed.

PRO-4A• Provide PNP personnel to act as security in the area;

• Provide twenty (20) personnel to join the activity; and

• Perform other tasks as directed.

SAF• Provide additional PNP personnel to act as security in the area in

coordination with PRO 4A;

• Provide twenty (20) personnel to join the activity; and

• Perform other tasks as directed.

NCRPO• Provide one hundred (100) personnel to join in the activity;

• Provide transportation for the participants from their respective offices; and

• Perform other tasks as directed.

Coordinating Instructions:

a. Submit list of participants to PCRG (Attn: PMMC) NLT November 21, 2012. Attire: PNP Athletic

Uniform (jogging pants).

b. Assembly area will be in front of DPCR building on November 24, 2012 at 5:00 AM

c. A conference will be scheduled prior to the conduct of tree planting to discuss the preparations

and other matters relevant to the activity which will be attended by the task PNP offices/units.

d. Focal person for this activity is PSUPT JOB RUSSEL M. BALAQUIT, Vice Chairman, Pulis

Makakalikasan Monitoring Center. He may be reached at telephone number 722-0650;

e. All participants shall bring their individual tree planting scorecards which will be signed by the

representative from DENR after the activity; and

f. Lateral and vertical coordination among tasked PNP units/offices is highly encouraged.
