Parents or family of the kindergartens children always wait there children around class dismiss time in the car. People also directly go to somewhereelse after church in the weekend becausetheres no place to stay for relaxation or chit-chat. Hence, we are decided to proposed a double-storey commercial building and a mini recreation park beside of it. This will providea new places for surrounding community to have some suitable activities. Commercial building increase the activities of business while recreation park allow anyoneto have a rest in there. For the commercial building, there is two floor. First floor which is the ground floor is a cozy cafe. Itis air conditioned with a great atmospherewhich played by the cafe. Itis surrounding by glass windows so thatparents can see their children clearly, as well for people who are in the cafe, they can enjoy the views outside the cafe, for example the mini green recreation park. Second part of the floor is a shop attached with a mini library. The shop is selling accessories and some books that can be borrow. This will providea small economic development for the client. The mini library beside is specially design for children. Parents can bring their children to the library after school and customers also can enjoy reading books at there. This also can increasethe customof reading books.

Actual address is The Basel Christian Church of Malaysia Petagas, P.O. Box 13500, 88802 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The site is 25mx 45m(1125m2 ) large. The land functions as a parking area, or recreation activities like football. The are two ways to approach to the site area. The firstpath is fromthe left hand side and the other one is fromthe righthand side. Its just takefew minutes to arrive the site after enter the area. As it is one of the nearest places to purchasecoffeeand food near the surrounding of the terraced house, it has become a destination and meeting place used by a wide rangeof people. Especially on Sunday, the circulation of people will increaseand very crowded during Sunday. Also, it is one of the public holiday that in a week so there will be many people that live surround therego to the cafe and the mini shop. While weekdays, family and parents of kindergartens children will bring their child to the kindergarten which located in second floor beside the mini shop. Their family and parents can wait their child while sitting in the cafe and buy something in the mini shop.

They need a good and comfortable place to relax, with the proposed commercial building with a small park gives them another opportunity to enjoy. Cafe also gives a lot of convenience to surrounding community since theres no other commercial shop nearby. They get to have meal in a very short time by just walking to the shop. Students also can buy their needs of accessories from the shop at second floor. They also can study in the library. Recreation park provides good places to exercise and relax. This benefits all the people.
