Furniture - 1250
• SCCB Contract 1250 covers all School Furniture. New contract starts 1/7/2009
• Due to OH&S and other issues, only furniture supplied by this contract is to be used.
• 6 weeks delivery from date supplier is given an order• 12 weeks delivery from date supplier is given an order
over $75,000.• Can tender through Sebel and Corporate Express if over
$75,000. • Other companies may be added to this by 1/7/2009

Contract requires three steps
• Step 1 – Site Visit (1-3 suppliers) and quotation
• Step 2 – Order placed on the supplier
• Step 3 – Installation to be completed within 10 weeks from an order received.

Imaging Devices 1. Select which type of device in conjunction with the school.
Familiarise yourself with the models. 2. Complete and submit the Information Requirements Form, this will
result in: A. The Form will be emailed to the appropriate DET Partner
Supplier and a copy to yourself. B. An Authorisation Form will also be attached to the same email.
3. Upon receiving the Form, the DET Partner Supplier will contact you to help select the most appropriate model.
4. Complete the Authorisation Form and have a member of your staff with appropriate delegation sign it. The DET ICT Fleet Manager will place the order on the schools behalf.
5. The ordered device/s plus any accessories and toner will be delivered directly to the school.
