Scenario:

O 1st our Software house have less

developers but they are Expert.

O Our client is new but Mature.

O He wants his software in long period of

time(dead line is Flexible).

O He also wants a dummy of each Phase.

Combination of two Process

Uniqueness of this Process Model

O By using linear-Pilot Process

model we can try to cover

the Draw back of Waterfall

(no Reversible) by Apply

Prototype (pilot) in each

phase of Water fall Process

Model.

Example of this Process model

O Suppose one custommer or a Client goes

to a software house and want a complete

software Process model in a flexible time

period,and the software house have less

but the expert developers...

O Client want to see all the phasses as a

dummy project then we can say that the

linear-Pilot process model is best to use.
