• 3 Focus groups (Aveiro, Sakarya, Ghent)

• Filling in LA, sending it to the Host HEI and receiving confirmation and acceptance;• Arriving to the Host HEI, reviewing LAs and making some changes;• Leaving Host HEI and receiving by snail mail the final results at the Home HEI;• Grades and ECTS transferred to the Home HEI local system.
