Kindergarten "Gianni Rodari" was established

in 1972.

There are 6 groups of children at age from 1 to

7 years. There is also 1 toddlers group. The

total number of children is 154.

The kindergarten works under the international

program "Step by Step“ since 1999.

• Janni Rodari is an Italian writer for

children.

• He was born on 23 of October 1920 in

the town of Omena (nowadays – Novara).

PROJECTSPROJECTSThe kindergarten works on projects under the Educational program of

the European Union. In September 2001 Kindergarten

"Gianni Rodari" started a project

"Europe through the eyes of the

children", partnering with Italy,

Greece and FYR of Macedonia.

In 2003 the kindergarten was

approved for a new educational

project "Looking at the children

playing" under the "Socrates -

Comenius" Program. Partners under

this project are Spanish, Belgian

and French schools..Project meeting with the Partners

implemented the project “Healthy and
