For example: 1 of 61 Due Presentation Date: This is the date the mailing is presented at the nominated acceptance office. Number of Items: Each PostAim label must specify the total number of items in each bag. The net weight of a bag and its contents must not exceed 10Kgs. To: Print the delivery office where the bag is circulating for final delivery. This data is based on one of the destinations from pre-sort 3. To calculate the Deliveries Commencement Date: A. If the mail is presented pre-noon at the nominated Mails Centre add 2 working days to the date of presentation. B. If the mail is presented at the nominated Delivery Services Unit add 3 working days to the date of presentation.
