Booking Number:Print the booking number assigned to you when you made your PostAim booking. This number is also shown on your Mailing Schedule.
Sorting:For mailings of 2,000 items or more you must sort to Pre-sort 3 (Pre-sort 151): these should be sorted to Dublin District and Post Town level
Deliveries to be Completed:To calculate the “Deliveries To Be Completed Date” just add 10 working days to the “Deliveries To Commence” date.
Mail Centre/DSU:Print the name of the

mailing will be presented. Example: Dublin Mails Centre
Customer Name:Please insert the name of the company making the booking in this section, not the name of the printer or fulfilment agent.
Bag Number:Print the sequential
number of each bag basedon the Mailing Schedule whichlists the total number of bags and their individual contents.
For example: 1 of 61
Due Presentation Date:This is the date the mailing
is presented at the nominated acceptance office.
Number of Items:Each PostAim label must specify
the total number of items in each bag. The net weight of a bag and
its contents must not exceed 10Kgs.
To:Print the delivery office where the bag is circulating for final delivery. This data is based on one of the destinationsfrom pre-sort 3.
To calculate the Deliveries Commencement Date: A. If the mail is presented pre-noon at the nominated Mails Centre add 2 working days to the date of presentation. B. If the mail is presented at the nominated Delivery Services Unit add 3 working days to the date of presentation.
