What happened to Amadou Diallo?

Hit Amadou Diallo in front of his home in the Bronx.
Police claimed he fit the description of a wanted rapist.
And that Diallo was reaching for a gun
But he was really reaching for his ID
Officers charged with second degree murder plus other charges
In order to achieve a fair trial, the case was moved to Albany
Where the two officers were found NOT guilty
Was Eric Garners murder defensible?
Reported to be Selling
Untaxed cigarettes
Non-violent crime
Made no threatening movement Unarmed
Keeping him in a chokehold.Which is illegal
Garner Saying Again And again

Garner passed after ambulance arrived.
Due to cardiac arrest
Case Resulted in:One officer being stripped of badge And the paramedics were suspended for improper careAnother put on desk duty
Those being their ONLY punishment for Garners death Basically getting out free With only a little rough patch
How is that defensible?

Was Tamir Rices murder defensible?
Police received a call about suspicion
Caller included they think that its a kid

As seen within second of the arrival Tamir Rice was shot.He was NOT given a chance! How could there have been any investigating or question of Tamir Rice in the short amount of time it took the car to destructively drive up to him?A 12 year old boy.
How is that defensible?
Its not
If it's reasonable to perceive a threat so extremethat deadly force is appropriatewhere there is no clear evidencethat the individual being confronted even has A weapon,doesn't that essentially allowthe shooting of people just for being"perceived"as dangerous.-Gabriella Celeste(child policy professional)
