PCCTI (Professional Career Certification and Training Institute), established in the State of Illinois, was founded in the year 1997. It is a certified institute that provides vocational training in Practical Nursing (LPN), Anatomy and Physiology, and Certified Nurse Aide (CAN).

PCCTI is approved by IDPR (Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation), IBHE (Illinois Board of Higher Education), and is accredited by NCA-CASI. It receieved approval from the IBHE to offer a formal educational program in the 1999.

In 2002, PCCTI IT and Healthcare started providing education in the health care field and the courses introduced were Phlebotomy Technician, Medical Assistant, Cardiology Technician, Pharmacy Technician, and Medical Billing and Coding. In this program, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) care for the injured, convalescent, disabled and sick.
