Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)

In January 20, 2010, a second TWG meeting for Component 1 was held at the Office of the Ombudsman. The meeting focused on the support the Project can provide to improve specific business processes and practices. It was also discussed how the activities of the Project and the development of the Complain and Case Monitoring System can be aligned.

The third TWG meeting was held at the Office of the Ombudsman last February 1, 2010. The agenda were the scope of work definition that centralized sectoral records-keeping and docketing procedure standardization, the collection of OMB Memoranda for Records Handling and/or management and the scope of work of the MSI Subcontractor for BPR.
