Broadcast - Full Year • Learn video skills and live production• Lots of group work • Create content for Morning Announcements and

creative projects• Must take Broadcast before entering Production

Photography - Full Year

• Take photos and edit in Photoshop• Lots of individual work • Create content for digital signage, Gallery and contests• Photography II, III and Digital IV (Semester)

Journalism - Full Year• Produces news magazine and Media Department

Website• Mix of group and individual work• Articles go out to 1170 subscribers• Level III & IV are editors (Excellent for college

applications)

Yearbook - Full Year

• Produces the yearbook• Only 20 spots (Seniors given 1st choice)• Mix of group and individual work• Helps out with other projects

Semester Offerings

Basic Editing and Design• Use Adobe Creative Suite to edit photos, videos and

print• Create projects using industry standard software and

photo apps

On Air Talent

• Learn how to present yourself in front of a camera• Assess your strengths/weaknesses and improve your

over all presentation skills

Web Page Development & Design• Create web pages/sites using HTML 5 and CSS• Use Dreamweaver and Web 2.0 software to create and

design websites
