In this short guide I will be giving you some easy toapply steps to becoming more confident in your self’s.
Naturally I was not a confident person but with time,dedication and a little help frommy amazing coach, who has made me in to this super
confident person that I am to day.
Step number one• Do something every day that scares you.
Step number two• Remember it’s about having fun and living life the
way you want to.
Step number three• Work on your confidence every day no matter how
hard you think it is.
Step number fourSet your self goals each day doing the things that you
may think will make you more confident for example:speak to someone different each day that you’ve neverspoken to before.
